As a CHU-Liège patient, you can receive several documents from your health records directly on your Smartphone/Tablet. All you need to do to access those documents is to download Andaman7, a free mobile app.

Here is what you need to do:

1. Download the Andaman7 app for free on your Smartphone/Tablet
2. Create a user account on the app by indicating your email address and a password. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox and you will only have to click a button to validate your email address. Make sure the email address you use to create your Andaman7 account is the same one as the one given to CHU-Liège
3. Register with the CHU to receive your documents in Andaman7. To do this, you have 3 possibilities:
